MEASURING - It is literally quite impossible to assess students’ 21st Century Competencies using paper and pen. Leveraging on technology to capture JIT moments which that provide opportunities for students and teachers to assess the students’ abilities in applying their 21st CC and knowledge they have learned. These evidences can then be used for Assessment for Learning or Summative reporting on students’ learning and acquisition of competencies.

It was a great start to 2024 when InnoBest-TAMI spent the time delivering professional development sessions at Math Nuggets. Preparation Bootcamps
Attending the class on 'Leading a Thriving and Motivated Life' proved to be a transformative experience for students, as they delved into the fundamental questions of self-discovery.
The exploration of "Who Am I?" prompted deep introspection, enabling students to gain a clearer understanding of their personalities and personal strengths.
As they moved on to "What do I Want?" students were encouraged to set meaningful goals and aspirations for their personal lives, fostering a sense of purpose and direction for learning. Lesson on "How Do I Achieve?", providing students with practical learning strategies to translate their aspirations into actions. The positive experiences of the students were evident in their worksheet and program reflection and their smiles with conviction.
